About Quockerwodger Media

Quockerwodger Media documents Vancouver live music as public scene memory: the small rooms, emerging artists, touring bills, and community moments that can disappear quickly if nobody records them.

The publication pairs concert photography and reviews with a growing venue directory, contributor workflow, and photo archive. The goal is useful coverage for fans today and a searchable record for artists, venues, promoters, and future contributors tomorrow.

Behind the scenes, an invite-only contributor portal supports briefs, review, and publishing; venue and promoter pages preserve practical scene context; and every gallery adds to a Vancouver-focused archive.

How we work — editorial independence, our corrections policy, and reusing our photos — is on our standards & corrections page. Spotted an error? See our corrections policy.

Quockerwodger Media documents music and culture from Vancouver, on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. We are grateful to work here and remain responsible for learning how local arts coverage can better respect the people, histories, and communities connected to this place.
