Send the date, venue, bill, ticket link, all-ages or 19+ status, pass or guest-list details, and any embargoes. Run a room or promote shows we're not listing yet? Send your events page or calendar feed URL and we'll work on adding it to the /shows calendar — especially welcome for smaller Vancouver rooms that need a clearer path onto it.
Run a room we already profile? Every venue page is maintained by us — email venues@quockerwodger.ca to correct or add anything and we’ll mark it verified with the venue.
Book shows as a promoter we already profile? Every promoter page is maintained by us too — email promoters@quockerwodger.ca to correct or add anything and we’ll mark it verified with the promoter.
Planning an announcement? Check the calendar to see what’s already on sale that night — announced listings from our tracked sources, not a guarantee of a clear night.

For artists
Pitch a show, single, album, or profile update with the key links, release or show date, hometown, press photos, credits, and anything we should verify before publishing.
Already have an artist page here? We maintain it, but we’ll gladly correct or add to it — email artists@quockerwodger.ca and, once we confirm it’s really you, we’ll mark the page “verified with the artist.”
Looking for somewhere to rehearse or record before the show? Our practice-space directory lists the rooms this city still has, what they cost when the operator publishes a rate, and the ones we have lost.
