Announced it could no longer host live music; the final show was March 22, 2026, amid rising rents and a citywide crackdown on unlicensed venues. The collective continues non-music programming in an adjacent space.

Closed at the end of August 2024 after a 40 percent rent increase set for September; the volunteer team could not sustain it despite community fundraising. The final event was the four-day Peoples Pride Festival, August 21 to 24.

Announced in December 2021 that it was leaving 648 Kingsway after more than a decade; the rent had risen to $1,500 a month and the building was for sale. The collective vacated on January 1, 2022.
